Pre-College
We also have two unique opportunities for Delaware high school students: Early College and Dual Enrollment.
Pre-College Programs
- The Early College Credit Program is in addition to high school curriculum. This program allows high-achieving high school students the opportunity to earn college credit by attending courses online or at a WilmU location. These courses count only as college credit and classes are taught by our very own instructors. >> Download our Pre-College Enrollment Checklist for the Early College program.
- The Dual Enrollment Program, however, allows advanced-standing high school students the opportunity to earn college credit by taking college-level courses right on-site at their high school. The courses included in this program count as both high school and college credit. The on-site instruction and course work are taught by the high school’s instructors who have advanced to adjunct status at WilmU. Contact the school’s guidance counselor for next steps.
At WilmU, we provide a variety of ways for students to meet other students and immerse themselves within the WilmU community. Whether your student decides on Early College Credit or Dual Enrollment, earning college credit in high school can put them a step ahead in their college major, future internships, and even their career.
